At mobaciao, we fully respect your right of informational self-determination. Therefore, we require our clients and partners to satisfy all transparency disclosure and consent requirements to enable mobaciao to process the following information for the purposes listed below. It includes data generated through the platform as well as data clients receive from other sources and then used on the platform. None of the information (technical and all other information) submitted to mobaciao is personally identifiable information (PII). It is not possible for mobaciao to identify individuals via the information collected by the mobaciao platform. The collection and use of that consumer information is governed by the privacy policy and legal terms of the data collector using the data; it is not governed by mobaciao.
